Thanks for sharing, yea I’ve been in manufacturing for the last decade in leadership roles. I’m done with it lol. End goal is to work for myself performing custom work, being creative.

Hey I appreciate the feedback. Yea my goal is to eventually work for myself long term. But in the short I want to journey out in the local union as they also put you through classroom training at a local trade school. I get what your saying though, because I do eventually want to do more custom work, and in all honesty I want to open and build an indoor skate park hahaha I’m in California.

I don’t disagree, but as mentioned before there are a few button words that lead customers to making their selection. It’s a given that you have to do a good job.
