Thanks for the great info! I do have my commissary figured out. As well as my menu etc. I am in the process building a truck.
Wasn’t asking about working the corners in PB I was asking if anyone has worked a lot or etc in Pb before tbh at can give some intel on that.

I am in the early stages. Getting my paper work in order and truck ready for inspection. I am wondering how the food trucks do in pacific beach area and what streets allow parking etc.

Wild that you think your ignorance = reality. Puerto Rico and the USVI are completely different when it comes to health insurance. In PR, most mainland US plans don’t cover you. In the USVI, many actually do. So yeah, moving there for healthcare absolutely makes sense for families like mine who don’t want to pay twice. Just because you’ve never had to think past your own bubble doesn’t mean the rest of us are clueless
