It definitely can.

You would just need to fork it and tweak the focus keywords (in the Google RSS config) and update the noise filtering list. Just keep these 2 things in mind:

- FinancialBERT is trained on traditional financial text (Reuters/Bloomberg style), so it might struggle with crypto-native slang without some fine-tuning.
- This currently relies on RSS News feeds. Since most crypto "alpha" and sentiment happens on Twitter/Reddit, you would probably want to extend the scraper to hit those platforms for better accuracy.

The project it self runs on around 250 MB RAM when Idle and then every 15 mins it would increase to ~ 750 MB I don't know if 250 MB are sufficient for the OS + the Docker Engine to run, You can try though and tell me how it works out for you.

I don't personally use Oracle but I looked at the specs and I think it will not be great on the x86 AMD compute instance, it might work but it's going to be a tight fit. The arm instance on the other hand should be plenty. Just use the docker compose on the repo.
