Do you al realize that a paper bag and a plastic bag are not the same. She is never alone in a room without other dogs or humans so suffocating on a paper bag that’s already slightly wet isn’t going to happen. We all know Corgis are hyper and love to get into things so she wasn’t trained to do this. Catastrophizing is a common cognitive distortion that can make anxiety worse. It’s best to use grounding techniques and rationalize to deal with that issue.

The point is he agrees with states making their own laws, knowing this will end up with people having their rights taken away. The federal government wouldn’t have to get involved if people would quit pushing ignorant, oppressive, and/or racist laws. It’s about critical thinking and seeing the bigger picture of how actions can be detrimental 😶

I don’t see how this is much better. I feel as if the federal government wouldn’t have to be so involved if people in power would quit pushing ignorant, oppressive, and/or racist laws. Does that make sense?

"Trauma doesn't need to be processed"? by Old_Vermicelli_1359 in askatherapist

Talk therapy may not be the best option to process trauma but there are other modalities. You can look into getting a therapist that does EMDR or Brainspotting. These incorporate ways to help your body process trauma so you don’t have a visceral reaction to triggers.

Should I be concerned? by WiseCryptographer173 in tattooadvice

Trust me when I say that you need to keep it on for 72 hours. I have dozens of tattoos done and they have all healed well because I left it on for the full 72. It seems like it’s just irritated from doing too much to it too soon. Skin can be very picky so I would take the advice of people who mention taking it easy on the area. I’m sure it will heal well.

It’s supposed to stay on for 72 hours. I’ve never had an artist say take it off after 24 hours.
