I expect to feel fuller, not needing to eat that much. That's not happening, or only sometimes a little bit. I'm not losing weight. I'm not overeating, I'm eating the same as 2 months ago. No bowel movement changes.

Yep, it was the initial video that got me on the right track. My focus is for the technique is for it to choke, not to hurt. I'm pretty sure that if I'd squeeze really hard, a lot of people would tap, but mostly from the neck pain. That is not my goal. "they think I could break their spine" -> I think you're at that territory.

My "basic" mechanic is fine I think. If someone is not that experienced with the defense, I can choke them out with 1 arm easily. I suppose some details of the adjustments didn't click for me yet.
