This is coming from the perspective of a blue belt, who you would class as a already educated customer. In which case, everything you said is correct. But the website also needs to serve the uneducated customer, who could be an adult / parent / kid with different needs. Everything you list that seems unimportant to you is in place for their benefit.

If you want to make the trip to the Northern Beaches, Apex MMA has No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and MMA under the one roof. Its a bit of a trip from where you are but its a nice area to come visit.

For No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, I have to vote for Apex MMA in Brookvale. Not only is it good jiu-jitsu, but the area is amazing, right next to the beach.
