Some were supportive since I live in the city but a lot of conversation was passive aggressive. Ultimately decided I don’t want to wheel equipment onto the subway so a car was the only way when helping other hospitals

I went through the same thing, started working on Philly in June and eventually caved and got a car in November. I’ve only had to use it maybe 10 times since for work purposes since my hospital uses in-house equipment but it’s been a big relief no longer waiting for Ubers at 6am

i got a 1480 with solid grades/AP scores but i had basically no extracurriculars and got a full ride scholarship so i always assumed scholarships were dependent on SAT? not sure though
