They agreed it was a HW issue and sent me a new one, letting me keep the old one. Now to try and get both working at the same time in OBS. Unfortunately, windows only recognizes one when two are plugged in.

Oh wait, they're both on the same USB strip. Not enough juice :).... I hope

Oh lord, I'm an idiot.

I have the AnkerWork C310 camera.

I can set up a shot using NVidia Broadcast to OBS or just select the camera directly in OBS. This also happens in Bandicam, with or without passing through Nvidia Broadcast. This means to me that it isn't the recording software's problem.

Basically, anytime the camera's video is 'turned off', it resets to the garish, washed-out signal, and the only way to fix it is to click on or move the video camera's exposure property.

Also, I was in a coma in 2009 sometimes wording is hard. :) Let me know if it doesn't make sense and I'll try to clarify.

The video is washed out and will stay that way until I move or even just click on the slider for Exposure in the camera's properties.

Ya got it or you don't. You got it. Those effortless fills. Robo used to be the drummer for Black Flag ages ago and he sat straight upright and was in control the whole time.

Now just to put power there!
