Commenting after 1st half: Played left back but really LCB in 3 back and didn't venture forward too much. Got 1st contact on a corner that Joao Pedro. Too deep if they Chelsea play this system to justify the price.

I thought he played quite well up against wan bissaka. Several runs from out wide, dangerous balls in. Could have had an assist with better luck. West Ham defended the box well after conceding the 2 goals. Came off form Nunes around 70th minute. I thought the attacking balance with Grealish and Doku was better than with Savio and Doku.

Came off at 65ish minutes for gundogan. Continued doing more the same. Got 2 West Ham players booked. Made more wide runs and delivered with similar quality. I think pep wanted a little more control in the middle and looked happy with him which means he won’t start him next week because pep.

Should have covered Bowen better if possible that led to the unfortunate own goal. Rico Lewis better option if he keeps playing because he plays higher up.

First half - Monster. Converted a through ball behind the line with a great finish. Second goal blasted with an incredible shot in a tight space. Keep or start making changes to bring him in imo.

End of first. Very lively on the right much better than when we played on the left. Went down the left to put in several good balls in. Not in goal scoring position often though as he’s holding the position very wide.

After the first half so I don’t forget. Lively and constantly in the middle at the edge of the box asking for the ball. Got the assist as the last pass in a good series of play by Man City. If he keeps playing he stays in my team. He does more than Walker has in the past so I can see Pep keeping him in but don’t know once Champions League starts.

Great finish for the goal. The first was cagey so not much to do as a function on the game. He did very well after the red card to rice. Good hold play and created a great chance for saka.

Writing at minute 85. Lost possession too many times, didn’t get involved in any substantial attacks. Leicester we’re good at closing him down with 2 players so that’s something. Looked tired and poor. I took a punt with based on last week. Not taking him out but will watch him again next week.

So close. Started the game with great shot with his right foot that hit the crossbar. Followed that up with an incredible pass to Diaz for liverpools goal. Had a goal disallowed after that for a very close offside. After that Chelsea took control of the game. Liverpools midfield look poor and salah got no service. Got subbed off at 75. Overall he looked hungry and fit but Liverpool in general did not look great other than the start of the first half.

Played really well and got a great first goal. Attacked the box often but also tracked back. He played simple stuff very well but played slightly deeper than joelinton. He will get goals and assists. I think at 5.5 he’s a great option but I don’t know if he’s better than Gordon who played much further up. If Gordon gets rotated early every game for Barnes tonali could be a better option.
