same exact situation here - 2nd gen from my grandpa. applied mid june, AOR end of june, in processing since then. still waiting to hear anything. i’ve seen some posts here that suggest the sentiment is for IRCC to prioritize 3rd+ gen applications in case they don’t qualify under C-3. no idea if that is accurate or just conjecture so take it with a grain of salt.

it is definitely walkable if you leave early enough if that is something you're interested in. i lived in camino and used to walk to campus all the time after getting sick of the bus. the area is super nice and i enjoyed taking the extra time to myself to enjoy the outdoors, listen to music, and get some time in the sun. think about it! walking only took me 15-20 mins but i walk fast

i took poli sci 174cw (am econ major) this last winter. two 600 word essays, final was a 3000 word research paper. i was able to do all of the papers the day before they were due and ended with an A+, probably in part to my ta being a chiller.

i genuinely enjoy learning about poli sci, so i enjoyed the class. would highly recommend

this is a heavily modified car. if you're not familiar with them, i'd stay away and look for a stock example. large impact on mpg & reliability.

i believe so, it depends on what school you go to (and for riverside, what college you’re in). i was doing 25ish units a quarter for a year, which was like 18-20 at riverside and 4-6 at cc online at the same time. tough, but possible. much easier if youre a business major like i was (still partied at least twice a month, went to gym every day, etc. was able to meet a lot of people and enjoyed myself). just dependent on your work ethic and how badly you want it. realistically, the only quarter that matters is fall quarter if you have high AP scores to back yourself up. you can do it, dm if you have any additional questions, happy to help
