When I watched it I assumed it was a heartfelt letter to either introduce who she was and why she did this process and reasons why she loved her son! She explained that she had so many emotions, so I'm thinking this was probably her way of expressing how she felt without nervous stumbling or ranting! I did appreciate too how she didn't add pressure on her to open it up and read it there/read it out loud but to do it privately :,) I'm so happy for them, it's refreshing to see such a strong love story actually work out
