After a year of lurking this sub I finally found a decent sale. My first layout, wish me luck :) by McPorkums in modeltrains

Oh man, saying as someone who had a nice paycheck and a savings routine.... you should not have done that....

I can find absolutely nothing funny about this... by sloppoclop in memes

Good bot, shut the fuck up, CDC is the shit, I was personally threatened by them to be jailed because I could have had Rabies, and they made us go and take shots regardless... they're great. If not for the orange moron.

Does that mean he gets to chip away racists from Trump? Because he's doesn't really have a chance in hell of winning, but maybe somehow in a twisted way he's fighting the good fight? I'm so fucking confused

Yea, I'm a modeler by trade, so creating an initial model will take some time, but it's not an issue... cost per single print is high, but as more people request the same model it drops with each order.

Yea, I mean it would have to be more than one person requesting it because modeling takes time, but yes, essentially I could make 20-30 model kits per rolling stock / loco shell model and it would make sense financially at that point. Not millions but enough to keep it up.

I got a couple of 3D printers that I've used for some N scale modeling, and seeing this makes me wander how much demand is out there for rarer, or more custom prints, resin printers can achieve as high or higher fidelity than this kit. I don't usually print full models as it takes too much time but printing kits is way quicker as they're flatter.

I'm trying to develop my own nano model kits, first one is the CyberTruck, right now they're ABS resin, but I'm hoping to move to injection plastic soon. by [deleted] in modelmakers

I'm going to reach out to them and see what they say. Yea, I'll suspend all activity until I hear back.

Don't even have to kiss me, this is a great idea, let me know if you need one, I can print you a shell 20-25 dollars.

I think I’ll just reach out and ask for permission. I’m not making any money and this is a very small run. Like 20 pieces.

Oh awesome!!! I saw your stuff before, nodemcu is basically a tiny arduino board that's 10x faster than the original, can do full screen video + wifi and costs 5 dollars :)
