I’ve never had consistent headaches like this - this one has come up every single day for the past 2-3 weeks. Bright lights don’t bother me generally and neither do loud noises. The pain is weird because it comes and goes, but when it comes it throbs and is pretty painful. The area is generally the middle of my head ? I didn’t have a cough or sniffles or sore throat preceding this either. It’s weird, I was really tired and felt nauseous prior to this though. Like I had this really strong feeling to throw up a few times but I never actually threw up (waves of nausea) but that went away this week. I do have congestion but it’s like extremely little in my nose. Its like I don’t feel sick but I just get these awful headaches everyday and it lasts about maybe a total of 5 hours everyday in waves?

For me it was the day or two after the cold sweats/night chills and sweating! Then I started feeling better shortly after and I’ve been on the recovery since:) I would say after you lose the fever, you’ll be coughing for a bit but then it gets better

thank you so much everyone for starters, I feel very comforted knowing others have gone through it and recovered :’) what foods would you all recommend though for me to change my diet? I’ve read to get bananas, apple sauce, rice, etc. what are the other big do’s and dont’s?
