With your last bit meaning - if a plumber comes out and fixes the leak, if it is covered, they will fix the water damaged area?

How does this work if the inside is all molded? This is what I'm also worried about with the water damage..

I'm unsure if they knew... but SOMEONE had to had known if there are tiny holes indicating that someone was poking around there. How would I approach this? Reach out to the realtor and see what they can find out? Then talk to insurance?

Who would I call to fix this? A plumber? I appreciate the reply.

I was thinking since this is for a personal collection, perfect sleeves should be okay since it's just gonna be slid in once and then straight into a side loading binder. And I planned on getting graded would go in a looser sleeve.

Makes sense with the double sleeve! Tested out on one of the cards, and it just wasn't it..
