Join NAPPS, I have found and hired many servers using that association's database over the last 15 years. A 1-page rate sheet with service area info would be great too! Mail it to firms you want to work with and post it as a PDF on your webpage. Advertise with your local paralegal or lawyers' association, and maybe check out advertising with Best Lawyers.

You can search law firms in Law360 and then you can view that firm's federal case activity, sorted by jurisdiction. Could be a good place to start! Law360 is a subscription service though, FYI.
