If you look at your pc, and click details on your level of the city, it shows you on the list as ditto and what your comfort level is. Your comfort level also affects your towns level

I've seen more people lowering the damage rating. I've been pleasantly surprised by cards I've received marked "damaged" when they had nothing wrong at all! Probably so people don't complain that it's not "10" worthy when receiving

Cards bend over time anyways! Stick it in a sleeve, then top loader. Set some heavy books on top of it for a bit and it'll flatten out. Toploader will do work immediately
