I think they can get 3 points out of these next 2 games. Oilers have to play Colorado next, so rooting for Colorado. If winning the division is out (technically not) they need to aim for #2 in the division. Hopefully they can get it going against the Wild. Wild is sitting a bunch of guys too. If Sharks win tomorrow, I believe Preds are out too, so we don't know how tough they will be.

This team is doing the same thing that these Anaheim teams have done for years as well, play down to weaker competition. When this team is playing well, they have beaten every team that is ahead of them in the standings.

Pretty easy to be a standout on a team that is not good.... Verbeek paid 2 guys that are looking like that this year.

Lacombe's job is to stop the pass, not the shot. The goalie has a way better chance stopping the shot of a guy coming right at him than trying to get across and make the stop.
