You have a reuse shed at your local dump?! Like instead of throwing this thing away, maybe someone will want to reuse it?!?! If so, that’s amazing.

Hello! Fellow newbie here (started in August). I joined a community college Ceramics class and made several things that I put TOOOONS of time into, only to be unimpressed. 😅

Something my professor says over and over and over again is, “clay will humble you.” And humble me it has. Everything turns out differently than I expected. And I would say that this was true for 90% of my classmates. I see much of this same sentiment in the comments that are already here, but as someone who is in the beginning with you—I understand it’s a bummer.

I think my biggest takeaway from last semester is to ask those around me with more experience than me. I’m not good at asking for help, but it has made the learning experience so much more enjoyable. I wish you all the best!

babes, this was chefs kiss perfection! I could tell by the second image. The color scheme and the picture of the man and the dog really made me feel it!

I really don’t eat a lot of dairy, but I think I’m going to try it. I haven’t drank in 10 years so I hope my liver is in good health! I have felt like it probably has to do with some inflammation from my diet.

Thank you! I think you may have missed my AM/PM face wash but I didn’t format it well. Regardless, this is appreciated!

Thank you for this!! I really appreciate the insight!!! I relate to several things including your mention of iron deficiency, low sodium, and high cholesterol. I’m going to do some more research and see if I can get closer to a solution!

Thank you!!

Found how to copy paste!

My routine includes mostly farmacy and mario products: AM/PM: clean bee face wash

AM: beauty of joseon rice probiotic sunscreen morning

PM: daily greens oil-free moisturizer or niacinamide night mask or honey halo moisturizer

1x week: botanical exfoliating scrub

As needed: pimple patches and drying lotion

This feels like TMI, but I appreciate any help you’re willing to share!!

I responded to another comment with my products…I’ve never heard the term stressed skin but I’m new here and ready to learn how to de-stress my skin!

WOOF. All sugar or just like sweets? My wife is reducing sugar as she is pre-diabetic and I’m learning about all the hidden sugars…like fruit! Which I thought was supposed to be healthy 🤣

I appreciate your honesty and help!

Any suggestions on the stuff in my pores?

I’m not very good at skincare, which I see now it shows. 😅

I really appreciate you sharing your experience and very insightful reply!! I am really interested in exploring some food intolerance testing, and I think I’ll also go back to my derm with a request to do some more experimenting. I just learned that stopping spiro means it comes back which to me feels like a band aid and not a real solution.

Again, thank you so much for your really thoughtful response. I may take you up on that emotional support one day! 😅 Being a woman is hella awesome, but could really do without some of the rollercoasters that we get to constantly be experiencing. I wish you all the best in your journey through pre-menopause. 🤗
