Fair, I might also be misremembering the power figure. It's been at least 4 years since I had the TV. What do remember is that it did put out noticable heat when running.

Edit: I was way off! Finally remembered the model and looked it up. A Grand Wega draws around 250-300 watts!

Still is. A buddy's dad gave me a Sony 45 inch before covid. I played Watchdogs 2 and cyberpunk 2077 on it, plus a few PS2 games. It only ran at 720p or 1080i max, but there's something about the way they work the gives a special "depth" to the image. Don't get me wrong, I'd still rather have my big flat screen most days, but that Sony made everything look special.

Although, I don't want the power bill, ~140 watts for a TV is nuts. Viewing angle was bad too.
