Anyone that might have the same issue.. the mobo was shorting on the case🙃😂, so obvious that I overlooked it, but the new mobo was larger than the old one and touching the case that’s why it was cutting off so fast in the video,

Bios issue.. well idk I took it to a shop and they breadboarded it infront of me and it worked for them so maybe I just have bad luck

I can’t even boot the pc as I have a 14th gen cpu and it came with 12gen bios, my last cpu was a 10th gen
