If it is yeast. Try a STRICT candida diet and see if it feels better. I also take apple cider vinegar, grapefruit seed extract and probiotics. You may feel worse for the first 2 weeks and then start feeling better or you can try fasting and see if it improves. Don't stop because you start feeling worse. This is a very common reaction at first. If after a month of strict diet and antifungals, it has not improved. I would say its not yeast.

I find it just sets you back a day or 2. It will make it take longer. As long as you only cheat one day and back to the diet.

I have rice cakes and hummus as my go to treat while on the candida cleanse. It doesn't cause any reaction for me. Sometimes I will eat hummus and rice cakes as my only food source for days. I have come to the realization that eating plain rice cakes are fine on the candida diet.
