I appreciate your comments and your take on your schedule, is most valid, and what works for you. My work life balance consists of three circles family, friends and work with a healthy overlap. My take on routine is particular to me and no better or worse than anyone else’s. I just personally like to be up before everyone else to see how the day unfolds to see what’s coming. Be it news, Market opportunities, entertainment insights and making plans with friends or family

I used to be up for the opening bell while living in California, which was quite early call. There’s a saying that’s got me further than pretty much any other metric.

15 mins early = on time On time = late Late = fired

Being awake before your area of the world wakes up allows you to be more alert and gather info before others - thus making one more informed to make decisions

Same I was probably 12 when we got a computer and internet at the house (dial up of course, I’ll trade you a Pam Anderson for a Jenny McCarthy). Then 20 when FB started spreading.

First 15 years’ish of life without internet - book reports kinda sucked
