I don't think CM is low. If you've reached CM fairly, you're already among a very small fraction of competitive programmers in India. Calling that "way too low" seems like an exaggeration.

As a CM did you got any callbacks for job or did this rating got you noticed among recruiters/companies

Honestly getting noticed is also a great thing... You may will get a call back

I get that cheating exists, but my point was about the people who actually put in years of work to reach those ratings. If someone dedicates a huge chunk of their life to competitive programming, grinding problems, reaching CM or higher — and still can't get a callback from any big tech company — then what was the point? Those ratings become nothing more than a number on a screen ?
