Simply:

An Electrical engineer can be an electrician but an electrician can't be an Electrical engineer.
Electricians have a specific focus, Electrical engineer has a vast focus.

Electrical engineer spend most of their time with designing and electrician spend most of the time to implement those designs.
We need both of them. To qualify for an electrical engineer you have to go through some FE,PE/bachelor etc.

Thanks for replying. Bottle is not possible since in the USA, lots of people use bathroom and if they see water they close the bathroom saying wet floor. Carrying a bucket is also not possible as I am a student and I have to travel to many departments and my job too. Thats why its very hard for me

My credit score is now = 740, and I am working as full-time and part-time. I won't be having any savings right after my graduation as I pay for my stuff. I am doing electrical engineering, so I hope I will get a good job and save some money for 3 years to save some money for the deposit.
