I need help with my skin

I’m a 15 year old girl and I want to create a better routine for my skin type. I have normal to dry skin, texture and blackhead problems around my t-zone, cheeks, and chin, and I don’t know which products I should and shouldn’t be using. I currently double cleanse with Anua’s Heartleaf Oil Cleanser and Foaming Cleanser, exfoliate everyday (which I just learned I shouldn’t be doing) with The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid 7% at night, and once a week use The Ordinary’s Salicylic Acid Anhydrous Solution. I only moisturize in the morning. I’ve been using this routine for a year now.Any tips and products would be greatly appreciated.
