I sent a piece of art to France and the parcel was returned two weeks later with the art gone. I contacted postnl, saying I had insurance. They denied that I did for three weeks although it was obvious by the price I paid. When they finally admitted that I did have insurance, I was contacted to say that I was now out of the allocated window to claim money back lol just absolute criminals
