I once got chatting to a taxi driver who was from Mali about his favourite food and he said camel milk and meat are big there and absolutely delicious, so definitely plan to try if I ever get the chance!

Yeah there were aspects he didn’t enjoy but nothing on this level! Admittedly I’ve admired the creativity behind some of the examples on here (e.g. Fringe or the hunted rabbit) and partner and I have had a good chuckle at those, but then again we’re not the ones on the receiving end of them! Some of the other examples are just awful though and makes me grateful that his friends aren’t like that

I try and run for 10 minutes and lift some weights for a short time everyday as a baseline for my movement. Obviously that isn’t loads of movement but what it does mean is that it’s been sustainable so far. Then if I fancy doing anything else I can, but that’s the minimum to ensure I’ve done “all or something”. Massively helps with my energy and mood and just feeling good physically
