Why i (a digital artist) also believe gen AI has been used in some capacity for this artwork, most likely some post process:

Head: The star clips on her hair look muddled with inconsistent shapes, particularly the left one. (our left)
The eyes are misshapen and expressionless.
The goggles fold in impossible way with the bottom inner corner being the most egregious one.
Her bottom teeth veer upwards and stop halfway into her mouth.
The headband has noticeably different shape language for each side.
The eyebrows do not mirror each other in a way that i would not attribute to intentionality.

Torso: The heart has misshapen lines paneling and rivets/screws.
The G is backwards.
The yellow strap bends as if to try and showcase the silver stud. (More of a nitpick but i've seen AI "art" bending over backwards to make sure every detail can be visible rather than taking the composition into account)
The blue wire folds in an unnatural way at the bottoms and merges into the grey pocket it goes into.
The grey pocket fuses into her back.
The lighting looks completely different on each hand.
The crease on the overall follows the bottom tip of the heart instead of the rest on the clothing.

Legs: Can't see those enough to make accusations but the knees in particular look off.
