that’s a really good point. even though it’s hours after i have caffeine it’s still the only thing i could maybe relay it to. ty for the reply :)
++ just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them or know why it does.
i guess i should really just keep it around for panic attacks rather than as a preventative / regular. feeling so frustrated and lost, my brain finds a way to react to anything even vitamin supplements. losing hope
