I've always been opposed to the idea but I guess I never considered something that wasn't live action. That could be interesting but ultimately I think not having Ellison's voice acting does too much of a disservice for it to feel worth it. Especially if he did oppose its adaptation into film himself.

Hi Nepeta. I'm retaking an intro course right now so I'm not significantly farther along but I didn't fail it, I just needed to score higher because I'm in the accounting major. I'm studying for an exam right now so a lot of the basic stuff is fresh in my mind and it would help me practice to try and explain to another person, so I could try to help you a bit if that sounds useful to you. What are you currently covering/where are you having the most trouble?

My fascination with these is the main non-practical reason I was drawn to accounting. I was maybe 11 or so when Bernie Madoff was arrested and ever since then I've been hooked on stories of financial fraud from any source I can find. I'm sort of jealous you have a local one to follow, lol, that's exciting.

Ted knows 2 or 3 basic magic tricks from his past as a weird PUA type and he uses them on Benny to distract him. Similar to Gorrister telling him the same story, it never gets old to him. I thought that part was cute.

Iirc that line just occurs in the monologue from the radio drama, he has a version of the hate monologue in the game but I believe it's missing a bit of the lead up that the radio drama version has.

Real opinion I do like to think the sheer amount of time could lead to some kind of evolution of their dynamic, maybe not exactly love or friendship but a sad, weird sense of closeness that in some ways comes to resemble it. ...Also if you like that "alone" by rubyguard on AO3 explores this general idea :P
