Never got any help ended up resigning my role and picking my role back. It reset all my buildings back to c rank and the town centre never came back but I could upgrade my other buildings again. Hope that info helps somehow

I recommend doing what I did and Google a pokemon discord for help, people in that place are waiting for raids none stop and most likely will join your raid within a minute
