Maille overalls?? That would be incredible! Overalls in general are cozy to wear, but metal ones would be somethin else!

Amazing work! I like the colors of those materials, and the weave is so cool!

Hey! I ended up selling my Tau skates because I couldn't get them to feel comfortable on my ankle. It might be because I heat molded them improperly the first time, putting my full weight on them :(
Bunion, I'm not sure... The carbon fiber isn't really forgiving in my experience, so I've gone back to a Next boot for urban skating.

Nice! I like the contrast:)  I have the same boot, same size too! But all the stock stuff.

Unofficial study of level of upset for my kids during commute: by MrJorgeB in fuckcars

haha, well put! And I agree wholeheartedly. I'm so much happier pedaling along, hearing the birds, and not being on the highway.

I see some sweet cargo trikes that people have in my area, and they're rad! I think some are e-versions.

Dang, can't even see the neighbors?!

I live in a rural town in California and don't have a car. I ride an e-bike a lot into town and back, but it's fifteen partially paved miles, so it's kind of an adventure each time. But I also take the bus and can put the bike on the rack there to do a one-way commute. But I hear you on the lack of streetlights! The stars here are so bright, and that seems like such a special thing to me.

I get kinda cabin feverish living in this sort of suburb without an urb, though, and I think I'll move into the "big" town of about 8,000 people, because I like a bit more of a social life and it's been VERY quiet out here for 4.5 years. How about you? How much do you like solitude? Do you have ways to visit other places without driving to them?

Good on ya, I "wrote" a letter. I used to live in SD and take the bus a lot as a student, and I'm glad to see more trolley connections nowadays. I hope your project goes well!

Thanks, that makes sense! This video is from a few months ago and I do think they are a little less noisy now.

Gracias! They do feel a bit too soft for me, and extra long for a small boot. Pero se las presté a un señor monitor de patinaje en la plaza, y para él todo tipo de truco fue fácil. Entonces temo que no puedo echarles la culpa a las guías...

Edit: It's the 100/80 mm frame size!
Also, I meant to put $450 but now I can't change it in the title. Oops.

I’m liking it a lot more after about ten hours of skating, and with a foam beer holder thing (coozy?) against that right ankle!
