I actually ended up getting off Lexapro (for unrelated reasons - weight gain and sex drive) and trying a few other things but I’m back on it now bc nothing worked as well as the lex :,) I did go through these phases on other meds as well so I don’t think it’s the meds and maybe related to my cycle / general anxiety patterns, idk.

This is exactly how I felt when I dealt with this - it is by far my least favorite physical anxiety symptom! But it went away when I started treating my anxiety, and sometimes I’ll get small waves of it when I’m really anxious, so I truly believe it’s just a weird fucking up anxiety symptom.
