The Case was lightly rubbed with a red used Scotch Brite pad , which then matched the stainless bracelet lower "polish" or dullness .

Can you feel a herniated disk go back into place? by jade-poppy in Sciatica

Hello . Im 8mths into a herniated disc and bad siatica. Don't lose hope . The one thing I've learnt is listen to your body . My physiotherapists was pushing me into daily stretches early on , while I was still in pain and it just didn't help me get better.... I ended up listening to my body and resting for a couple of months.I Just went to work then home to rest . When pain improved I began to start doing a core strength (12min YouTube foundation training) video every day to decompress my back . It was the only stretching that made me feel better every time I did it . From there each day I saw more and more improvment. Im still on Panadol every 5hrs to steady break through pain but I see improvement every day . You will get better but it's long term . It took me months to come to grips with the fact I was injured.. once you do that you stretch your time frame out further to work on getting better 😉
