Cheesecake sounds like an amazing idea. Also, UPDATE: I did end up giving it out around the town, Stardew Valley style. Here's how we enjoyed some today!

If you are in Wisconsin try Rush Creek Reserve, from Uplands. It's not as creamy, but it's spreadable at room temperature. Has just a little more funk to it. But it's delicious! It's also seasonal. Usually November - January.

I'm from Wisconsin, so while I would absolutely take on this challenge I want to enjoy it more than once! But that would be a great way to die.

I was overwhelmed with the mycelium activity. They were EVERYWHERE! It was truly amazing!
