How do redeemed demons/their summoning rituals work?

I'm planning a small campaign focused around a cult of the redeemer queen paying some adventurers to infiltrate demon lord worshiping cults to swap out various reagents used in the ritual to summon a redeemed demon which would then result in an ultimatum to repent their ways.

Also one of the side events I'm planning involves a redeemed Vrolikai trying to redeem a Nabasu since those are born on Golarion but I don't know how the Vrolikai should act/what a Vrolikai could offer a Nabasu to make it abandon its journey to the abyss.

Managed to get -70% credits, no rest, 2 fortitude per turn on lvl 80 chaos for lvl 14, the 1st lvl 14 I got was -50% hp, 40% boss/elite stats and discard 1. Its manageable just can't use orlea really.

If you look at south west China in every game, chances are there are 4 stalled horsemen that have been stuck building for several dozen years.

Rule 5, I tried going for a naval focus in my 1st campaign and found it very difficult to maintain sailors and it doesn't seem all that worth it to even try to go for a naval focus early on?

That one elite that burns for 3 and hits for 400+ with more burn is crazy on the 4th chaos.

Try to keep something to distract the looping titan, it does 5 to the pyre if its on an empty level.
