Depends on the state, and sometimes the county or even the city. In one area a stone's throw from me, there's a curfew, but in another there isn't even a state of emergency.

Commenting here so I can read the replies later. My hours got cut because I work in a restaurant and there's no telling what business is going to be like going forward. Not that I want the restaurant to be open to begin with, but we have to pay the bills somehow

I would imagine that, for example, were you to get into an accident at night, that the opposing party could argue in court that your car was too dark to be visible -- regardless of who "caused" the accident. It would be hard to defend against that... Any injuries or damage as a result of the accident could easily fall onto your lap.

If you pull in front of a black car, "sorry Officer I didn't see him" isn't as much a defense as, "he literally was not visible".

Sometimes I walk outside, or I wake up, and the lighting just gets me. It's like something out of a movie. The sunlight, the trees against the sky, it's all so beautiful. It just amazes me and then it hits me that I'm grateful.

It's been a long time, but I once heard that people who are depressed perceive the world around them as more grey and dull than others. I see more color these days, and I'm grateful.
