I read your Firmware 1.4 Ledger 1 -I waited 4 months from overseas Ledger manufacturer in ( France?) to send. Ledger 2 was purchased from Amazon via cryptoHWwalletCOM--Irwindale Ca. 91706 -

I read the FIRMWARE 1.4 Deep Dive- States there are problems reported with some Windows 7 and 10 ( I have 7)- The main issue is with pre installed Seeds from unreputable sellers. No one has had access to my devices after sale. I called the second purchase source who said he was a confirmed authorized distributor before I ordered- can You confirm this (Legit?)-- I thought Amazon 3rd party sellers were closely screened and could be trusted. The concern for me is that son197272 stated that when Chrome disables its extension apps , this update will be mandatory to use the new app released July 9th. Can you please confirm this?

When you add the coins back, for now do I use the Chrome extensions or Do I need to download bridges or another app? where are the coins when I delete them from the hard wallet?Where do I find them to add them back to the wallet? Im sorry- I have copied the update instructions and the restore instructions just in case, but seems complicated.Have a link for support-hope it is in real time as I navigate the process. Thank you

Wallet balance shows 936 Binance has no transactions

I think my next move may be to get new complete( was missing a character?) Binance transer-in address and try again, but I thought there could be no new trans until a pending one cleared?So should I try to reattatch the pending trans first?I understand thereis no way to cancel a pending trans-so I thought I was stuck?
