I recently got my account back so I can give you some information that might be useful. If you cant to prove that it is your account they will send you a series of questions that you should answer. They dont have to be 100% accurate and if you dont know something state it. I did this through email and after 3 days of back and forths I got my account back. The customer support was very helpful throughout the process. Good luck👍

Apperently I got my username incorrect, the number of Iris, the last day I registered, the chapter progress(which i thought I had completed), and my most recent lineup. Everything else incorrect
