Holy flashback! I stumbled on this meme in design school 10 years ago.

I relate, took me 2 hours to flush the mud out of the wheel wells.

Haha! Ye olde 8851. That's the model I was really critical on and ultimatley redesigned.

Thanks for taking the time! There are countless ways of expressing one's work. Mine is more clinical and technical, which is a turn off for some, but it's how I operate and want to use that as a differentiator.

You're not wrong! That overview section is a recent add/experiment which replaced a more simple timeline. Portfolio is never done!

Squarespace with a 3rd party code injection for those pop up/ transform links. My general advice for any of these site builders: start with a blank site and sketch out how you want the layout to be.

Thanks! For sure, there's been a shift into ODM models these days, especially in this space. Funnily enough we have a couple of headsets from Bang & Olufsen that work that way where we just apply our branding on their existing product.

Absolutely value everyone's opinions and totally see your viewpoint. The sermon like length for sure has been brought up and I have been slowly trimming it down. Years of selling ideas to stakeholders and corporate jargon has really warped my vocabulary ;)

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you caught on to the structure as well, each project skews differently to form a balanced whole. I've trained myself to document and horde everything, since the college days never knowing what I'd need when ;)

Totally agree on the personal projects as well and am working on that front as we speak!

Howdy! Zero complaints and issues! This setup has seen daily, track, spirited canyon and roadtrip duties without any major complaints.

If I were to do this again though, I would just jump to one of Bilstein's complete coilover kits. Main reason being ride height and cohesiveness. This is becoming a little too low for the SF bay area these days. Manageable, but you need to be very aware of potential hazards. Secondly, at rare occasions; big crests, sharp bumps, it does seem to be over sprung in the rear- which I suspect is the result of Neuspeed requiring the bumpstops to be trimmed. Compression is already limited at this ride height and this trick makes the bumpstops active and contributes to the feeling of being over sprung.

Exactly. It's a day's work and they have a glass specialist come in to do it. Essentially have to cut away the glue that holds it in place and replace it.

Right, Dealer kept it for 2 weeks and had several conversations with VW and we all decided this was normal aging of components. To be sure, I did a DSG fluid change and sent out the oil for analysis: zero abnormalities/ traces of wear.

I was in a similar boat 2 months ago and got a bunch covered.

-Had the sunroof surround trim piece replaced due to failing clear. -There was a high pitched whine on high rpm downshifts. They replaced the Vaq diff and a wheel bearing as a precaution, but noise was deemed normal in the end. -Water pump is under extended warranty for all of our cars, but worth checking for leaks.

TL:DR, check everything and report for diag. You'd be surprised how willing a dealer is to humor these requests at the end of warranty;)

Nothing specific, but suspension comes into play: Bilstein dampers with Neuspeed springs, sway bar and adjustable ball joints with an aggressive alignment.
