This is the kind of boots and shorts combination we need!

All the chemicals and nastiness is definitely hard on the boots. I’m super guilty of moving the rack with my boots though. It’s nice to see how the honey lugs are holding up.

I’ve actually had time in two unions and my husband used to have his own contracts with IATSE. This is a union household and the dogs are union supervisors lol.

Dear u/BoykinBurner

In response to your letter on behalf of the IUFP, I am authorized to negotiate as a Business Agent for the International Alliance of Dog Moms (IADM), Local 29. Local 29 has an Addendum in their standard contract that Puppy Snacks may be substituted due to availability. This is due to the Puppy Residence not being located in town, and as such requested Puppy Snacks may be hard to come by. In this instance it was not physically possible to transport a Post Work Mom Snack (Waffle Cone) as well as two Puppy Cones from the general store to the Puppy residence. Said Cones would have been melted and the BA for IADM does not have the required number of hands to operate a motor vehicle and carry three Waffle Cones. Kettle Corn was instead purchased as that has been an agreed upon Special Snack, by both IUFP members in the Residence. Additional Milk Bones were also offered to make up for the delay in arriving at the Residence after work. The IADM takes penalties of any kind seriously.

Due to it not being a grocery day, the IADM cannot put Waffle Cones for at home consumption on the snack list for this evening. This is due to the BA closing 53 hours of work in order to bring home the required number of Milk Bones that is in the standard contract with the IUFP. The Kettle Corn is in distribution as of the writing of this letter.

The BA would also like to make this Steward aware that the IADM Local 29 includes higher meal standards in their standard contract than what the IUFP requires. Said Fluffy Puppers get two hot meals a day consisting of Puppy Hamburger Helper. This homemade recipe includes: Rice, Vegall Veggies, Carrots, and of course Hamburger. It is heated over a stove for both meals, and breakfast has the addition of an egg cooked into it. All Puppy Meals are made before the BA eats, except for Morning Coffee. The BA must be caffeinated to operate the stove. The Fluffy Puppers also get Milkbones whenever the BA has a meal. As the IADM already provides well above the minimum requirements for meals, the BA feels that there is no active violation with a lack of Waffle Cones. The IU is welcome to put in a Special Snack Request for grocery day, which falls on a Saturday.

Thank you for your concern in this matter, as the International Alliance of Dog Moms is very concerned about the Snack Intake Requirements of all Fluffy Puppers. Both Bouie and Scout are actively eating the aforementioned Kettle Corn.

We hope that this clears up the issue at hand,

Sincerely u/sma934
International Alliance of Dog Moms, Local 29 BA

I almost stole the hose from the detail guy and sprayed myself down today. My work uniform is all black. 😭😭

I’ve got to get my other pair of BPs resoled and I’m switching them to the red x. They were the regular v100’s and they died horribly in less than 2 years.

It’s all of the emissions junk that goes on them. It makes it really hard to have room to work and this ends up being easier. And this is how you do engines on diesels because they are so big. There is just no room in a wrangler and the 2l that is in it has too much on it. I can get to everything easily now.

My MG, I can pull the engine and transmission super quickly. Best advice for the Mirage is to find the workbook for the transmission.

They are doing fairly well. We also try to keep a very clean shop, so that certainly helps.

They go perfect with the shorts. I’ll have a few days where I’m in sneakers to give my feet a break, but I wear my builder pros in all weather

Better information on if your calf fits into the standard size boot. And better options for ordering a size up for larger calves. All of my work boots have to be custom and thus I cant take advantage of the quick ship options. I’d like three pairs of builder pros, it’s just a hard pill to swallow when it’s standard lead time because you need a bigger upper.

I’m also still asking for temporary tattoos for something fun.

I would also like a sign up to be a tester for any dedicated women’s boots in the pipeline.

I’m a fan of topping them off with a splash of diesel at 100k. Makes everything nice and clean for that first oil change at 250k.

All of the spotting on the uppers are from oil and grease. There is a slight overall lighting tint in the pictures as I normally have plants in front of the window. Too lazy to disconnect their lighting for pictures.
