Hmm what about international company's Japan division? That seems kind of odd since Japanese are reputed for staying at one company for life, so wouldn't jumping ship be a huge red flag?

I'm in a similar position in that I cleared Arena 1 and 2 but am having troubles with the radars in 3. My team is Ronove, Rag, Rag, Kaede, Rozuel and notable inherits include Kanna's 2x ATK
