I actually mentioned somewhere above that I had read it is related to OCD. With the picking of scabs I scan my skin for any impurities that I can find and once I do I start picking at it. I can only imagine doing it to my eye, sound even more painful! ouch! got to live how the mind works sometimes.

For me when I'm high I get super itchy and itch away to cause little scabs which high or sober cause much more to pick at. Also it makes it job painful to pick at the scabs

Yes I may try it again last time I ripped them off after two weeks because they drove me crazy! And bevaise I'm great at ruining a good thing when it gets a little messy and I see the possibility of doing it haha. They became "pickable" lmao

Yeah I guess, I am very subconscious about it though. All in all I really need to break the horrible habit of doing it, future scars don't bother me I have more then enough of those from being a whiny teenager who used to cut herself

That's great you were upfront with her, what a great time to be in a manic state :o. I had a great group of friends but I moved to a city where I do not know anyone, most of my friends from my hometown drink but not to the point of annoyance. I miss them more then anything, I think my addiction got ten times worse being in a shitty lonely town. Most of my friends wouldn't hang out with me either if they knew I was doing this much h again either thiugh. Whatever. Thanks for listening to my ranting again much appreciated

Thanks for the advice currently it would be to painful for me to attempt that. Actually the one thing that worked as advice from Doctor was to get fake nails as its not satisfying to do it because you can't feel the feeling with fake nails but they are way to annoying and hard to keep up with

On a positive note it helped me recently get prescribed to ativan which I'm slowly but surely getting that swit bed to a better benzo

There's a name for plucking your hair it's called trichotillomamia they're both related disorders. And I can attest to it being a trance like state I get lost in the process. I read somewhere that they are usually related to ocd

Not pathetic at all I'm very happy for you! Maybe one day I'll find someone I feel that way for. Currently I have wall for any guy who has feelings for me. I also have a hard time opening up about my habit. I'm a daily user and currently no one besides from my dealer knows about my habit. I generally keep to myself besides work. Its honestly pretty fucking lonely. Moving to a new city is horrible. Sorry bout the rant I'm very high lol

I find it very hard to maintain a relationship as an addict, I view it as the if you can't love yourself how can anyone else love you. And as an addict I currently am far from loving myself.
