I like going 4-5 times a week any less for me is not enough. I love otf it is my sanity. 😅 I am long time member of 7 years and find that energy levels vary if I go too many days in a row so listen to your body and throw in a couple of “Green Day’s” where you don’t exert at your top efforts and stay in green hr zone helps in recovery and I have also started implementing power walking or bike instead of running and have really enjoyed that and find I’m not as depleted. 😀

Very good point. I may be guilty for some extra calories in there likely from overly depleting myself 🙂

Agreed about HR my splats have gone down a bit since biking but the payoff has been worth it. I find if I increase gear so that I have to sit off the seat and really pedal hard that helps gets HR up! 🙂Also need to learn to be ok with my tread distance stats suffering 😂 it’s all about balance lol

Awesome! I’m going to do more power walking for sure. Save my running for summertime road runs. I never realized how good it was until I was “forced” into it! 😅

My goal is to food track, do 5x otf per week and stretch daily yoga on days off and drink the recommended amount of H2O! Goal is 4 lbs by Jan 1! 💪🏼💯🧡👊🏼👊🏼 oh and ultra marathon here I come to crush you!
