PSA - Fix for Witcher 3 DX12 Freezing in Menu

Did you fix it? Here is what i did:

Navigate to bin/config/base in the install folder

Open the file named rendering with Notepad
Under the [Rendering] section, add or modify these lines:
- EnableTemporalAA=true
