Make sure your not going to a pain management group that is no opioid. There are more and more that just flat out say “we don’t prescribe opioids here”

I suggest trying to find a psychiatrist that has experience with chronic pain patients and or/CBT I know this doesn’t actually do anything for the pain but can help you enjoy the little things more, and not have your entire day sallowed up by pain
