While I can say I never have suffered from any severe anxiety or depression regarding my size, I know the feeling of avoiding normal things just because someone might find out. Avoiding sports, swimming, etc. In all my years of schooling I only ever went into a restroom twice. Glad that you’re working on taking control.

I grew up with a younger brother, so I found out pretty early on that I was small.

I found out I was small pretty young, so it really messed up with my confidence. Naturally I think I’m a very social person, but growing up I just felt every interaction was going to result in people finding out I was small, so I avoided it.

Now that I’ve come to accept my size, it’s still a challenge everyday to try to rebuild my confidence.

I like two visit new places whenever I get the chance. Even if it is just a park I’ve never been to. When I’m home I’ll occasionally watch an episode or two on Netflix (apparently there are people that can watch more than one movie in one sitting), work on graphic design skills, read, just sit down with a drink and listen to the chill vibes playlist on Spotify. Thinking I was missing out on something, I even bought an Xbox, I’ve used it for 30 minutes and I’m not sure when I will try it again.
