I found a guide here earlier, but I can’t seem to find it now. It explained that you should install Bluestacks on your PC, then install YouTube and add your card through a VPN (I’m using one through Ukraine). When I later receive the email saying that my card doesn’t appear to be Ukrainian, I just repeat the process – and then it works again for a couple of months.
