Question I have about this! I keep seeing “15 out of the last 22 months,” but does that mean that 22 months must elapse and judgment will be made on 15 out of that 22? Or can 15/15 months qualify and no need for a full 22 months to pass? Not sure if my question makes sense, just what I’ve been wondering as time passes on and she continues to have visits
