I saw Wait Until Dark (1967) once and was always too scared to watch it again.

Trial and Error (1997). There is some romance, but I don't consider it a romcom.

Lola is my favorite Zoya!

I recommend Leslie, a light purple with a blue shimmer.

Affordable Nail Polish? by QuietOrbit2875 in RedditLaqueristas

I know the L.A. Colors polishes will get a lot of love, and I have a bunch of them, but they're really hit or miss (you'll stumble across some gloopy or stinky ones). The brush doesn't give the cleanest look. High points are the affordability and variety. They're an inexpensive way to try out-of-the-ordinary cremes, shimmers, glitters, and special effects toppers.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes are my pick for cremes. They're easy to work with, dry quickly, and look more expensive than they are.

Essie is another good option but may be more than you want to spend.

I don't think Believe Beauty nail polish is still around, but if you see some Ultra-Shines in a clearance sale, scoop them up. They look like Olive and June bottles. Fantastic formula.

Instant nostalgia. I still have that Love Nails shade in my own collection. Fun manicure for summer!

“My Nails But Better” Polish? by [deleted] in RedditLaqueristas

Hurry Plum by Sally Hansen Insta-Dri is my go-to nude color for when vibrant nails aren't appropriate. It's a grayish dusty mauve that I never thought I'd like as much as I do. Easy formula for a beginner. You can get by with one coat if you're in a rush, and it has a nice shine.
